The implementation, delivered by Cloud ERP Ltd, will help Big K drive greater efficiency, visibility, and scalability across its operations.
As part of the transformation, Big K will also implement eveXso, a cutting-edge, cloud-based Warehouse and Transport Management System (WTMS). The solution seamlessly integrates vehicle management, route optimisation, driver tracking, proof of delivery, and loading sequencing into a single unified platform—significantly enhancing logistics and customer service performance.

Big K Products is a family-run British business with around 60 years of experience in the fuel supply industry. The company offers a comprehensive range of solid fuels and outdoor living products for both domestic and commercial customers, including:
Operating from two major UK sites – a large national packing, warehousing, and distribution hub in Norfolk, and a head office and warehouse in Tottenham, London – Big K manages a complex nationwide supply chain. Its dedicated fleet of vehicles delivers to hundreds of restaurants and retailers across London and beyond, starting deliveries as early as 5 a.m.
